Same with thrall way having to do a whole encounter before you can get there.Loot cave and the first moon mission you can just jump in. Shuro chi is still better for primary ammo weapons than goa. If done correctly it will net about a half a level of progress in a minute and a half, two minutes tops. Also shuro chi is best for nearly all heavy ammo weapons and most special ammo weapons.
